Established in 2007, Medgulf Takaful is an Islamic insurance company headquartered in Bahrain that has positioned itself as an industry leader. The company was launched to meet the significant demand for Takaful products in the region. It is 75% owned by The Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Company – a leading regional insurer, and 25% by Allianz Europe Ltd – a leading international integrated financial services provider.

Among Medgulf Takaful’s services are a range of life/family takaful and non-life/general takaful products to protect you and your interests. Under Family Takaful, customers will find solutions for life protection, as well as savings, retirement and child education plans and more. General Takaful offers a wide range of takaful products such as motor, household, marine and engineering for both retail and corporate customers, in addition to health takaful.
